Capp Custom Builders communicates with their clients every step of the way. Change orders are clearly communicated before work is completed to eliminate surprises. We meet regularly to discuss the project; including timelines, the delivery of supplies, onsite safety protocols, contractor schedules, and site security. We work hard to minimize the amount of time the property is under construction.
